These terms govern your use of ComplyRx, including the ComplyRx Trial Tracker. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are using ComplyRx on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for that company.
Oliver Rymond, operating as “ComplyRx” (“we”, “our”, or “us”), provides the service at complyrx.io.

The Trial Tracker monitors clinical trial records on public registries (currently ClinicalTrials.gov) for the drugs you choose to track, and reports changes to you through the product and by email. Other ComplyRx tools and surfaces may be offered alongside it.
We are not affiliated with ClinicalTrials.gov, the U.S. National Library of Medicine, or any trial sponsor.
You sign in with your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that mailbox secure and for activity on your account. One person per account; you must provide accurate information and be at least 18.
New accounts get a 7-day free trial of the Trial Tracker with no payment details required. The trial starts when you first track a drug and runs once per person. When it ends, member features pause until you subscribe; your watchlist is kept.
Membership is £31 per month or £310 per year for UK cards, and $39 per month or $390 per year for international cards (prices shown at checkout; local currency equivalents and any taxes are displayed there). Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. If we change prices, we will give existing subscribers at least 30 days’ notice by email before the new price applies to them.
You can cancel any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for; you keep access until then. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial periods, but if something has gone wrong, contact us and we will look at it properly.
Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you have that cannot be excluded by agreement.
You agree not to:
Trial information comes from public registries and is provided as-is. Registries can lag, contain errors, or change how they record things; a change we report reflects what the registry published, not our claim about what a sponsor did or why. Some summaries and insights in the product are generated with AI from that registry content and are clearly part of the product’s interpretation layer, not source data.
ComplyRx is an information tool. It is not medical, legal, regulatory, investment or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for checking the registry record or taking professional advice before decisions that matter. You are responsible for how you use the information.
We own the service, its design, software and branding. You own your own data and anything you lawfully export for your internal business use. Public registry data itself is not claimed by either of us.
We aim for the service to be reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and nightly checks depend on third-party registries being reachable. We may improve or change features over time; if we materially reduce what a paid membership includes, we will tell you in advance.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that: we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or losses arising from decisions made in reliance on registry data or AI-generated content; and our total liability in any 12 month period is capped at the amount you paid us for the service in that period (or 50 GBP if you have paid nothing).
You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including 8, 9 and 11) survive.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. For material changes we will give account holders reasonable notice by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law of your country of residence gives you rights to bring claims locally.
