Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about ComplyRx verification, pricing, and how it can help ensure your pharmaceutical marketing compliance

What's included in the free plan?
The Free plan lets you explore the full ComplyRx experience with 3 complimentary claim verifications. You'll see the complete analysis output — including evidence summaries, supported/unsupported classifications, and reference links — exactly as paid users do.
What analysis types are available?
ComplyRx performs automated claim verification and literature analysis. Each analysis checks whether your statement is supported or contradicted by published clinical evidence. The system highlights: • Key findings from relevant studies • How each study relates to the claim • An overall assessment of whether the claim is substantiated More advanced review modes (e.g., comparative or mechanistic analysis) will be added over time.
How does the credit system work?
Each claim verification uses one credit. Credits are included in all paid plans and can also be purchased on demand. You can use them at any time — credits never expire. For example, if you're on the Pro plan with 20 credits per month, you can verify up to 20 claims before choosing to top up or upgrade.
What is ComplyRx and who is it for?
ComplyRx is an AI-assisted literature review and claim verification platform built for pharmaceutical and healthcare professionals. It's designed for: • Medical reviewers verifying promotional statements • Brand managers preparing materials for sign-off • Agencies ensuring copy accuracy before submission ComplyRx automates the evidence search and summarisation process — helping you review faster, with traceable, audit-ready results.
How does the analysis work?
When you verify a claim, ComplyRx automatically retrieves relevant published evidence and analyses how each study relates to your statement. It then summarises: • Whether the claim is supported, contradicted, or inconclusiveKey details from each reference • A concise explanation of the overall evidence base Every result is transparent and linked to its original source.
Can I add more credits if I run out?
Yes — you can purchase additional on-demand credits directly from your dashboard at any time if you are a Pro or Elite user. Unused credits never expire.
What file types do you support?
ComplyRx currently supports text-based claim entry or uploading PDF documents containing claims. Support for additional file types such as Word (.docx) and PowerPoint (.pptx) is planned for future updates. You'll be notified in-app when new formats are available.
How accurate is the AI analysis?
ComplyRx is trained for literature-grounded evaluation, not content generation. Its accuracy is measured by how well it identifies evidence relevance and correctly classifies claims as supported or unsupported. Because every result links to original publications, users can quickly verify findings — making the process transparent, reproducible, and reviewer-controlled. It's designed to assist human judgment, not replace it.
